Sunday was a big, exciting day for us! It was the inaugural service of the "Cristo Jehova" Baptist Church in La Victoria, Venezuela. Our small "room" was packed, with over 70 there! It was a wonderful day, after so long waiting... Pray for this new work. We don't know how long the Lord will permit us to stay, but we know that He is in the founding of this new work!

WOW! This is great! I have been checking here each day for news, I was about to pick up the phone and call. It is also good to know you have a vision for the work, and who knows...God can change things here! I know He is ready for us to go somewhere else but He obviously has a work for you all. 70 people! That so gladdens my heart ,Beth!

I too have been checking blogs every night looking for info about Sunday. I even sent EJ an e-mail. I am excited about the first service and pray that it is only the beginning of many great things that the Lord will do through your family and ministry.

Thanks so much for commenting on my blog. It was good to come here and "meet" you. Loved the church pictures; your crowd of 70 was wonderful to see and read about.
