For Pam

Here's the No-bake Cookie recipe for Pam (and everyone else too!) ~

Ingredients:

2 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. butter
3 T. cocoa
3 c. quick-cooking oats
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 t. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Procedure:

~Put 1st 4 ingredients in pan and bring to rolling boil. Boil 4 FULL MINUTES *very important*. Remove from heat and add other 4 ingredients. Mix well and drop by teaspoonfulls on waxed paper. *It is helpful to lay out your waxed paper when you start and also measure out your oats and p. butter since they need to go in quickly.* ENJOY!

Are you guys coming to Barqui for the conference next week? If so I could show you some of the things on the computer you have asked about.
Also, since we are taking the container, I decided to keep my scrapbooking supplies.

PS. I meant to add that this recipe was great when we were in the jungle without an oven and just cooked over fire.

YAY! Shane will be so happy! I hope to get my new oven element this week, we'll see! Ok
to do anything with titles and text, you must hilight what you want to change first. Then when in the post box, look at tool bar which is included at the top of it. You know, where you click the photo to download your picutres? If you make sure you are n the compose mode rather than edit HTML mode, you will have more choices. Just play around with the tools and walaah - you will see magic being performed right before your very eyes. Just be sure your text is hi lighted first. Hope that helps some! Just play around with the tool bar at top of post box.
Thanks again fo rthe cookie recipe. and it was so sweet and comforting ro actually see one on a plate for me. So hospitable, Beth!
