I am interested in the "smashed" sandwich. What is that?
Beth, I'm so proud of you! I have never attempted to post a menu yet, and looky there, you even have food pictures!
Yeah what are smashed sandwiches?
"Smashed" sandwiches are sandwiches made on bakery bread, cheese whiz, mayo, lunch meat and cheese, ketchup and fresh tomatoes. Put them on the budare (grill on the stove), SMASH them with a plate while you cook them on either side. SMASHED sandwiches! The combination of ingredients sounds icky, but they are really good...yum, yum!
I think we ate these at camp.I love hot sandwiches. Especially on Sunday nights.
Lets see...I want the recipe for cinnamon twists, please. And what is cookie oatmeal?
